Luo Qianxuan (b.2014) is the 19th-generation inheritor of the UN-recognized World Memory Heritage Dongba Culture, an emerging young Chinese writer and poet, and the young protagonist in Baby Arrives, a bestseller by internationally renowned writer Lan Xin.

Born into a scholarly family with a profound Dongba cultural heritage, she has been immersed in the millennia-old Dongba cultural context since childhood. Her works, including Love in My Eyes and the If Kitten Qiuqiu Could Talk series, have been published at the national level and won first prizes.
