Betrayed Land of Liberty by Priyanka Banerjee

Your grey eyes, blue lips, stubborn face, stiff muscles perturbed my dreamy eyes as the Atlantic crushed upon my bosom defying unrest, lust, lost path's last song.
Liberty cannot breed anarchy though slogans hurt millions of hearts which beat fast
while wrestling hard
with the rocky earth.

Fancy asked the sterile bodies full of airy cells, " Will you be mine forever? "

Red dust in the betrayed land of distrust burst out in anger
searching for fire,
celebrating the disastrous failure of the metamosphosed seer.

where flames of fire was engulfed by feminine desire.

another earth pregnant with sulphurous fire.

Cleopatra kissed the much bitten tongue of the emperor before his final departure -

" Et Tu Brutus! "
