About the project
Announcing a new #LunarCodex mission via IM-2's Athena lunar lander - CODEX MINERVA - a separate time capsule from #CodexFreya, and the seventh mission for the #LunarCodex

In February the #LunarCodex landed on the Moon via the IM-1 Odysseus - with the #CodexNova time capsule and the #LunarCodex camera from ILOA.
Our #CodexFreya hitches a ride via the IM-2 mission's SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, then separates from IM-2 and flies beyond the Moon via Astroforge's Odin spacecraft.
With the Interstellar Foundation - where I sit on the advisory board - the Lunar Codex has found a new alliance that will bring us not just beyond the Moon via IM-2 but on the lunar surface.
The landing site is a ridge near the Shackleton Crater, where the NASA PRIME-1 mission will search for ice beneath the lunar surface.
