Southern Wind by Kheemchand Koli

Blow, blow southern wind
Replete the fragrance of ambience
Long gone from the leaves of orchards
And the voices of this withering vale
That were more than music to ear
Restore all the riches
Robbed by autumn blast
Blow, blow southern wind
Wash away the  wearying shadows
From the plains and pasturelands
Bear away the brooding blankness
Of heart and hearth
Refresh the fading glory of grove
With thy treasured wings
Waft away the thickening woes
Blow , blow southern wind
Delay not thy dulcet melody
